I would like to take a moment to acknowledge what a pleasure it is to work together with Shah Luxe. Their attention to detail, customer service, and genuine care for each job is world class. I personally have had the privilege of working together with Dan who is simply a delight to partner with. The entire custom CAD team takes the custom process to new heights within our industry. They are able to turn around CAD/Quote requests in very quickly compared to other vendors. The entire process is extremely organized and I always feel like I am kept up to date on everything. It is so nice knowing I have a reliable team to lean on, and never have to chase anyone down for answers! I also really love the way the CAD renders turn out with all the measurements spelled out. The breakdown is super easy to understand. There is even a cool feature for rings, where you can send a link to the customer for them to “try on” the ring virtually and view the renders. I have always been very impressed and happy with how each piece turns out. The ultimate stamp of approval, is the big smile the customer has when we deliver the piece to them!! I know I can count on the SHAH team no matter how big or small the job and always get the top customer service.
